Refunds and Cancellations Policy

1) Scope and who provides the tour

quantumteenth.com (LLC) coordinates bookings for student group tours. The final tour provider (the supplier delivering transportation, accommodation, activities, or other services) may be a separate business. Where a supplier’s terms differ, the supplier’s cancellation/refund rules may apply to the affected parts of the itinerary.

2) Cancellation by you (the customer)

You may cancel a booking by contacting us at contact@quantumteenth.com or by phone at +380 955 362 7300. We will forward your request to the relevant supplier(s) where applicable and confirm the outcome.

Refund eligibility typically depends on:

• the timing of the cancellation relative to the tour start date;
• the supplier’s published terms for the specific services;
• non-refundable items (for example, certain reservations or ticketing components) where the supplier cannot reverse charges.

3) Refunds: how amounts are calculated

If a refund is due, the refund amount may be reduced by administrative or non-recoverable costs charged by suppliers, including fees for reservations already made. Where applicable, we will refund only the amounts that are actually recoverable from the supplier(s).

If a supplier offers partial refunds, we will apply those supplier conditions to the corresponding service portion of your booking.

4) Cancellation by the supplier or by us

If the supplier (or we) cancels the tour or a material part of it, we will propose alternatives where available. If no suitable alternative is offered or accepted, refunds will be processed for services that were not delivered, according to supplier terms and what is recoverable.

5) Withdraw/cancel right for distance contracts (14 days)

If your student group tour purchase is a distance contract, you generally have the right to withdraw (cancel) within 14 days. To exercise this right, please use the request form or submit a clear statement to us.

To exercise your withdrawal right, you may send:

• an application via your account or by email, with your booking reference and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw;
• or use the website/application form described on the page where the booking is confirmed.

6) Disputes and complaint pathway

If you have a claim regarding a cancellation or refund, you should first submit it to quantumteenth.com using the contact details below. We will review your claim and respond.

If resolution is not reached, you may pursue dispute resolution through competent consumer-protection bodies and processes provided by Ukrainian law. If an applicable e-purchaser portal procedure is available for your situation, we support filing/handling claims in line with the consumer-protection regime.

7) Pre-contract information and electronic contracting

Where you enter a distance contract online, we provide required pre-contract information and identification details of the seller/provider, together with product/service information.

8) Personal data and privacy notice

If you provide personal data to manage your booking, cancellation, or refund (for example, names and contact details), it will be processed under applicable Ukrainian privacy requirements. For details, refer to the privacy notice available on the site.

9) Advertising transparency

Any advertising-like content is clearly identifiable and not misleading. Sponsored/advertising content will be presented as advertising where applicable.
