Base price

The price shown for each plan or product is the base price for the items listed under “Inclusions”.

Your final amount may change depending on your selected options, availability, and your eligibility for any promotions or discounts at checkout.

What is included

  • The services/features expressly listed in the plan details.
  • The delivery/processing method described on the offer page (if applicable).

What is not included (typical exclusions)

  • Optional add-ons not selected during checkout.
  • Any third-party charges or fees that are shown separately (where applicable).
  • Costs that depend on usage, eligibility, or availability and are disclosed during the ordering process.

Optional add-ons and total price

If you select add-ons, their fees will be shown during checkout. The final total you pay is the sum of the base price plus any selected add-ons and other charges disclosed at checkout.

If the issue is not resolved, you may pursue dispute resolution through the competent consumer-protection channels in accordance with the applicable legal framework.

Distance contracting and personal data

For online/distance contracts, we provide required pre-contract information, including seller/provider identification details, and we include the consumer’s right to withdraw within 14 days with instructions and a form for exercising that right.
