1. Scope

These Terms apply to visitors and users who browse the website, request tour information, or submit a request for a tour (a “Request”). If you make a Request, you agree to these Terms.

2. Requests for tour information (non-binding)

Any tour information you receive based on a Request is non-binding. The final tour availability, itinerary, inclusions, and confirmed price are provided when booking is arranged.

• Tours may be subject to change due to supplier updates, scheduling, and other operational factors.
• Prices may change before confirmation of booking.
• The operator will confirm the final terms at booking.

3. Booking conditions

If you proceed from a Request to booking, you will be provided with the essential pre-contract information required for distance contracts, including the trader’s identification details and the information necessary to conclude and perform the contract.

4. Right to withdraw (cancellation) for distance contracts

For distance contracts, you may withdraw (cancel) within 14 days. The trader must provide a website/application form and instructions on how to exercise this right.

5. How to submit complaints and claims

If you have a complaint, you should first address the business. If the issue is not resolved, further steps may be available through dispute resolution and competent bodies, in line with the consumer-protection regime. Where applicable, the process may also involve an e-purchaser portal procedure.

6. Electronic commerce and distance-contract compliance

For online contracting, we provide buyer/customer identification information and comply with the Ukrainian framework for electronic commerce.

7. Privacy and personal data

If the website processes personal data (for example, your name and contact details when submitting a Request), we will follow the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law, including providing the relevant privacy notice and the lawful basis for processing (including consent where applicable).

8. Advertising and sponsored content

Any advertising-like or sponsored content must be clearly identifiable and not misleading.

9. Acceptable use

• You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You must provide truthful information when submitting a Request to receive tour information.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, quantumteenth.com is not responsible for changes to tour availability, schedules, or prices made by tour suppliers before final confirmation of booking.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.
